A source batwhatman, placed the code on the

AlphaBay site which is one of the sites that

has been found to sell stolen goods, a dark

web marketplace operating on the Tor network

that is popular with cyber criminals for the

sale of stolen goods and services, including

stolen digital data such as stolen credit card

details and social security numbers, facebook

passwords and other useful information useful to hackers .
This finding is evidence of "substantial infiltration by cybercriminals into peripheral systems," according to InfoArmor's report, “Healthcare Is Under Attack.”
